Terms of Service

Browser Agent is private software operated by one person for his own use. It is not offered to the public, there is nothing to sign up for, and no service is being provided to anyone else.

Use

Only the operator may use it. It acts solely on accounts he holds himself and retrieves only information he is already entitled to as the account holder.

Limits it keeps

• It does not attempt to defeat CAPTCHAs, bot detection, or any other access control. Where a site challenges it, it stops and waits for a human.
• Every action it can perform is written down in advance in a file. It does not improvise steps on a website.
• Actions that would change something on a remote site require the operator's explicit approval each time.

No warranty

The software is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. The operator accepts all risk of using it, and there is no liability to anyone else because there is no one else using it.

These terms may change at any time. The current version is always the one on this page.
